The European Central Bank (ECB) chose the site of the former wholesale market hall in Frankfurt as the location for its new building. In November 2014, following the completion of construction, the ECB began operations in a modern and functional building that was specifically designed to meet its needs.

Height of the office tower: 185 m
Glass panels in the office tower’s facade: 6,000
New grouting on the facade: 73 km

_ Static driving rain resistance
_ Dynamic driving rain resistance
_ Wind resistance
_ Airborne sound insulation
_ Flanking transmission of airborne sound
_ Load tests
_ Pendulum impact tests
