With the Life Science Center, Aventin Real Estate has achieved a milestone in the field of R&D real estate. The building combines highly functional laboratory spaces with modern office environments and sets new standards in architecture, sustainability, and user-centric design. Central gathering areas promote interaction and create an inspiring work atmosphere for innovative companies.

The complex façade design and the building’s atrium-style layout presented particular challenges—especially with regard to structural analysis. We were responsible for the structural design of the façade, including the glazing.
