Residential Complex Haselstauderstraße

The second phase of the residential development on Haselstauderstraße in Dornbirn was completed in 2024 and builds on the first phase, which began in 2018.
We were responsible for the structural engineering for this residential development. The complex comprises a total of 34 residential units, ranging from 2- to 4-bedroom apartments, as well as an underground parking garage. 

The buildings are characterized by clean, functional architecture and the use of sustainable materials. The energy concept incorporates geothermal energy, solar power, and free cooling. Spacious outdoor areas with green spaces and play areas complement the complex, while the apartments feature terraces or private gardens and barrier-free access via elevators.
