Excerpt from the jury report:
"The main access is via the southwest entrance. Through the auditorium area, the gymnasium is directly connected to the main entrance and forms the central element on the ground floor. The lighting conditions demonstrate a special quality. On the upper floor, the compactly arranged cluster creates an introverted appearance, which is emphasized by two small courtyards. Thanks to its compact design
, there is sufficient space for a high-quality and compelling open-space design.
However, the small classroom and other areas on the upper floor are lit only by the two inner courtyards. In the expert jury’s view, this circumstance represents a disadvantage for the flexible use of certain zones."
