The former Bundeswehr high-rise is located at Falkenstraße 45 in Bremen. The building was acquired by GEWO-BA Aktiengesellschaft für Wohnen und Bauen and is now set to be renovated and converted for future use as a residential building.

The building is approximately 54 meters tall and measures approximately 35 meters by 18 meters.

The facades consist of a modular system made of extruded aluminum profiles. The standard module measures approximately 2.8 m x 3.25 m. On the top floor, there are special modules with a height of approximately 5 m.

Architectural elements are the projecting sections clad with natural stone slabs. These are arranged vertically in front of every other concrete column and also horizontally as window sills.
