The Meret Oppenheim Tower, or MOH for short, is located directly next to Basel SBB Station, in the vibrant, multicultural neighborhood of Gundeldingen. Together with the Südpark, it forms the architecturally striking frame of the station’s south entrance. Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the MOH’s six-story base houses urban retail and dining spaces as well as office space. The 19-story tower, meanwhile, is reserved for attractive apartments and lofts. By the end of 2018 or early 2019, the MOH—with 25,215 m² of usable space—will be ready for occupancy as the new landmark of the cultural city of Basel.
